  • Prepare a legally binding lease
  • Register the tenancy with the Residential Tenancies Board.
  • Ensure that the tenant pays one month’s security deposit and one month’s rent in advance
  • Ensure that the standing order is sent to the tenants’ bank
  • Prepare a full inventory of contents
  • Ensure the utilities are transferred into tenants’ name.
